Key Features of 2’Fluoro Amidites

2'Fluoro amidites are used to synthesize oligonucleotides that are more thermally stable and provide increased nuclease resistance

All four bases are available:

• DMT-2'Fluoro-dA(bz) Phosphoramidite
• DMT-2'Fluoro-dC(ac) Phosphoramidite
• DMT-2'Fluoro-dG(ib) Phosphoramidite
• DMT-2'Fluoro-dU Phosphoramidite

2'FluoroAmidites can be employed together with DNA and RNA amidites

Compatible with deprotection schemes based on methylamine or AMA (conc. aqueous ammonia/40% aqueous methylamine 1/1, v/v)
