Please be advised that Sigma-Aldrich Corporation has registered our facilities under Title III, Section 305 of the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002. In addition, we are complying with Section 307 of the Act, which requires that all import food shipments be registered with the Food and Drug Administration prior to arriving at a U.S. port of entry.

We are posting this notice on our website as a service to our Flavors and Fragrances customers. As the website is designed for all Sigma-Aldrich Corporation customers, we are choosing not to post our registration numbers. These numbers will be released only to those customers with established business with the Flavors and Fragrances division.
