Customer Agreements and Change Control and Notification :
This service consists of a notification to cutomers in case of change in the product quality, manufacturing process, availability. This service ensures raw material consistency and the reliability of specifications or supply agreements signed with our customers.

Specifications and analytical tests in compliance with customer requirements :
Custom specifications and additional analytical testing on specialties raw materials can be done in order to comply with technical needs and regulations.

Origininformation :
All raw materials are supported with origin documentation including animal,GMO or manufacturing country information.

Certificates of Suitability
In addition, SAFC holds 19 TSE Certificates of Suitability delivered by the EDQM. Most of them have been submitted upon customer needs identification. We can share our expertise in Certificates of Suitability for your high TSE risk raw materials.

Raw material documentation :
specialties raw materials and especially biopharma products are supported with batch files that can be shared with customers. Batch files include raw materials description and origin, manufacturing processes and controls effected during manufacturing

A team is dedicated to your regulatory and quality needs. The team provides support and advise on your product choice, according to your compliance needs: cGMP products, non animal origin products, Food Chemical Codex products.
