Bubbler return policy

Please complete all the sections of the forms below so that we can arrange the return of your unwanted bubblers to SAFC Hitech® for safe treatment of hazardous materials.

Packaging Instructions and Terms of Collection

	Please package bubblers in original drums according to the packing instructions supplied
	Please ensure all labels are in place before packaging
	Where suitable drums, labels or paperwork are not available, please contact your SAFC Hitech representative who will arrange for supply at a nominal charge
	Different shipping classifications must be packaged separately
	SAFC Hitech takes no responsibility for bubblers packaged incorrectly
	Following receipt of this completed form a quotation for the return charges will be forwarded where applicable
	Arrangements for collection will be made following receipt of a purchase order for the return freight costs, where applicable
	The collection date will be advised via an order acknowledgment, where applicable
	If the date provided is not suitable please contact SAFC Hitech as soon as possible, where applicable
	If a date has been agreed but the bubbler is not available for collection upon arrival of the carrier, SAFC Hitech reserves the right to charge for the shipment cost, where applicable
	Arrangements for collection will be made when this shipment has been authorised for return by the Shipping Coordinator or Customer Services Coordinator at SAFC Hitech, where applicable
