Tskuba Manufacturing Site

SAFC Tskuba facility (in partnership with DAP) is located in Tskuba, Japan and possesses laboratory-scale capabilities to handle and characterize highly-specialized chemicals along with a dedicated customer support center.  Production capability for selected materials is planned in the near future. The site is certified to ISO 9001 for quality along with ISO 14001 for safety and environmental protocols.

SAFC Tskuba was built to service the semiconductor industry demands for ultra-high quality precursors using proprietary technologies.  Facilities include integrated inert atmosphere transfilling stations, state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation for the detection of ultra-low metallic and oxygen containing contaminants and dedicated cylinder preparation and packaging areas. An extensive departmental infrastructure (Health & Safety, quality, accounts, shipping, sales) ensure adherence to the highest standards of performance.
