The SAFC® Bromborough facility is located in Bromborough, near Liverpool, U.K. and possesses laboratory and plant scale capabilities for over 100 highly specialized chemicals. The site is certified to ISO 9001 to include its highly-active research center and ISO 14001 for safety and environmental protocols.
SAFC Bromborough has a long history of developing and producing ultra-high quality precursors using proprietary technologies. Production facilities encompass high integrity tonnage capacity for trimethylgallium and trimethylindium, together with smaller plants for a full complementary range of metalorganics and dedicated cylinder preparation and packaging areas. Extensive research and development capabilities include compound and process assessment technologies. In addition, BCl3 and SiH4 synthesis and handling is performed on a tonnage scale. State-of-the-art analytical laboratories, including instruments for ICP OES, ICP MS, NMR, FTIR, TGA and GC (DID, TCD, AED), together with an extensive departmental infrastructure (Health & Safety, quality, accounts, engineering, shipping, sales) ensure adherence to the highest standards of performance.
